THE BIG DOG sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 queen cabins all with ensuite electric heads. Based out of Nanny Cay, Tortola.
Guests will love the spacious comfort whether in the large salon or the aft deck which is great for lounging and dining.
The Big Dog has installed UVC air sterilization systems into the Air Conditioning units. They also use a UVC sterilizer on mattresses, pillows, and hard surfaces between every charter.
Terry and Ruth of THE BIG DOG
Terry has been messing around on boats since he was a child. Growing up on the east coast of Ireland, he started sailing dinghies and soon graduated onto larger boats.
Captain Terry and Chef/Mate Ruth work hard as a team in all aspects of the running of the yacht. They strive to make sure that each guest on board enjoys every moment of their stay. They especially love chartering with kids on board.

From borrowing a baby gate to provisioning nappies, serving dinner twice, or driving around the cockpit in imaginary cars. You have gone above and beyond to make sure everyone at every age felt at home all the time.
We will go home dreaming of Ruth’s cooking and Terry’s Cocktails! I imagine we will be comparing future holidays to this one for years to come in hopes of recreating the absolutely magical time we have had!
