CHEF | Caro Uy Caro, our talented award-winning chef, has been delighting Skylark’s guests since 2012. With 14 years of experience catering to yacht clientele, she takes pride in crafting customized menus using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients whenever possible. Trained in French technique, Caro’s culinary creations are influenced by her global travels, incorporating flavors from Spain, Italy, France, Turkey, Croatia, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
