Upon our return to Nanny Cay’s docks following our visit to Valinor, we were warmly welcomed by the vibrant crew of Horizon Yacht Indigo.
This sparkling clean boat was fully staged with a tablescape, flowers, and delicious bites and refreshments.
It was refreshing to have inclusive options such as gluten-free carrot cake and a variety of mocktails, including virgin espresso martinis and lychee and lime spritzers.
The boat’s decor was clean and cozy and offered an expandable flybridge that doubles as a back porch when the tender is lowered, and a solarium that can be closed and air-conditioned.
What shined the most onboard was the crew. The captain’s personality and knot knowledge can be found on Instagram every week on “Tie a Knot Tuesday.”
It was a true joy to be onboard this 2020 refit Horizon Yacht which is managed by Regency Clearing House.
I had the opportunity to visit yet another Horizon Yacht for a broker open house later in the week, named Omakase.

With his Yachtmaster Ocean certification obtained straight out of high school and recent AEC1 qualifications, Sean’s extensive experience includes deliveries in the Balearic Islands, Central America, and the Bahamas, ensuring smooth charters for the past 4 years.
Chef/First Mate Bianca Cox, hailing from Noordehoek, Cape Town, shares Sean’s love for the water, enjoying activities like surfing and snorkeling. With 3.5 years of yacht experience, Bianca has honed her culinary skills, specializing in seafood and embracing ocean conservation efforts.
