Who Are We?
Kerry has comprehensive knowledge of every facet of the yachting industry would be a gross understatement.In 2012 Kerry created H2O Luxury Yachts. She continued crewing her own charters as well as building up her brokering business for a year and in 2013, armed with over 15 years of knowledge and experience, she made the decision to devote all of her time to H2O. Kerry acted as a Charter Yacht Owner Operator from the Mid 1990's to 2014 in the Caribbean. She is almost embarrassed to say how many charters she has completed!
Kerry is no stranger to owning and operating her own business. She comes from a hospitality and public relations background in dinner theaters and large hotels. Using her expertise in these fields she even owned and ran her own restaurant for seven years.
Kerry’s deep knowledge of every aspect of the yachting trade empowers her to execute your perfect getaway in a way that very few can. Kerry concentrates on managing and chartering select, very large sailing catamarans and smaller motor yachts that offer first class amenities and service. You can rest assured that you and your trip are in some of the world’s most capable hands.
Kara joined the H2O Team in 2021 coming on at the time as a Charter Administrative Assistant. She learned the ropes of the Charter Yacht industry during the height of the COVID pandemic. Her passion for travel, new experiences, and family drives her to ensure each guest creates lasting memories with their friends and family. With a keen eye for detail and an acute knowledge of yachts, destinations, and charter planning, she is eager to curate a tailored yacht charter experience for you and your loved ones.
Kara has a background in hospitality and computer technology. She attends yearly charter yacht shows and is Certified by the Charter Yacht Brokers Association (CYBA) Broker's Course.
With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in luxury sales, Meghan Ferguson has seamlessly navigated the realms of real estate and yachting to deliver unparalleled experiences to her clientele. Beginning her journey as a real estate broker, Meghan honed her expertise over 18 years, including a significant eight-year executive tenure at Zillow Group. Her pivot to the yachting industry was inspired during the unforeseen global shift in 2020, leading her to the pristine waters of the Virgin Islands. Embracing the "get paid to be on vacation" ethos, Meghan transitioned into the world of luxury travel and yachting, working as a travel agent and freelance chef and stewardess on a variety of catamarans up to 80'.
Meghan's three years of hands-on experience aboard various vessels have endowed her with an intimate knowledge of the charter experience, enabling her to curate bespoke voyages that go beyond the expectations of the most discerning clients. Her philosophy centers on exceeding client expectations, a testament to her extensive background in luxury sales and client service.
As a yacht charter broker, Meghan leverages her unique blend of real estate acumen and yachting expertise to offer her clients the experience of a lifetime. Her personal touch, combined with a deep understanding of the nuances of luxury service, positions her as a trusted advisor in the creation of unforgettable yachting adventures.

Ken started out as a guest on a charter yacht that Kerry ran. He liked it so much he came back. Then he was silly enough to go work as a deckhand for Kerry on a few charters.
He decided that his career of selling real estate dovetailed quite nicely with yacht charters and continues to take yearly yacht charters. Now he says he is “researching” every year, but his calm and persistent manner of working with charter clients is greatly appreciated by all.
