Jim is a well experienced captain and has been at the helm of Windweaver of Pennington for 4 years. He is the spirit of the yacht and knows her inside out. He has a great knowledge of all the wonderful sailing grounds and will take you to an unforgettable sailing experience. Throughout his career Jim has sailed around the world two times!

Que is an energetic, enthusiastic, and sociable individual and thrive in a team environment. She is also hardworking and motivated with high attention to detail. Her ideal professional setting combines her passion for sailing with first class service. She has an excellent level of customer service and many skills that makes her very valuable in the team. She has excellent organizational skills, is dedicated to practical tasks and is meticulous by nature. Querine welcomes opportunities to take on challenges, to learn new and further develop skills and broaden her horizons.
