Captain Thomas Bik was born and raised in the Netherlands and inherited his love for the sea from his sailing enthusiast parents.
He pursued a degree in Water Management with a focus on hurricane storm surge control, followed by a Master’s in Hydrology.
During the pandemic, he ventured into nautical studies, eventually becoming a Yacht Master. Thomas’s journey led him to work on sailing vessels, ultimately embracing captaincy on smaller crafts after realizing his passion for intimate guest interactions.
Chef Mollie Olsson’s culinary journey began with a diverse background in performing arts and sports science. Her love for Mexican cuisine flourished during her time in Mexico, inspiring her eclectic cooking style.
After exploring entrepreneurial ventures and managing a vegan bar, Mollie found her calling in the yachting industry where she combined her passion for travel with her culinary expertise.
With certifications in food safety and hospitality, Mollie’s flavorful creations reflect her dedication to quality ingredients and global culinary exploration.
