Enjoy a luxurious stay in our primary suite featuring a king-size bed, or choose one of our three queen cabins, each with its own private bathroom including electric toilets and shower stalls. For your convenience, all cabins come with a hairdryer and toiletries, and the primary cabin also offers a safe for your valuables.
Colibrí now offers diving with crewmember Stacey Law, an Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Three dives per week are included for certified divers. Non-certified guests can experience a
complimentary Discover Scuba Dive. Referral Open Water Certifications (guests arrive with pool and
classwork completed at home) and other training courses are also available; please inquire.
All guests interested in diving, certified or not, must complete a medical evaluation form and a liability
waiver BEFORE arriving. A doctor’s release may be required depending on health conditions or
concerns. Certified divers must provide proof of certification to their highest level of training
before diving onboard Colibrí.
Divers are encouraged to purchase dive insurance.

Meet Texan natives Captain Graham and Chef Kristiann, a dynamic duo married since 2007. Their passion? Traveling the world and crafting unforgettable vacations down to the last detail. With four continents and over fifty countries under their belts, it’s clear they know a thing or two about creating special moments.
Leaving behind a decade in the corporate grind, they embraced their loves: sailing, hosting, and exploring. They started with the 44′ catamaran Allende, voyaging over 30,000 nautical miles and hosting seven seasons of adventures. Now, they’re taking things up a notch with the luxurious Colibrí for an even grander charter experience.
Say hello to Mathilda, the newest crew member bringing her buoyant spirit to the mix. A dive instructor and seasoned traveler, Mathilda’s stories are as captivating as her welcome smiles.
Together, Graham, Kristiann, and Mathilda—all CPR/First Aid certified—focus on teamwork, aiming to make every trip with them not just a journey, but a collection of perfect moments.
Graham, with his engineering background and success in oil and gas, discovered his love for sailing while working overseas. Alongside Kristiann, as his crew, they mastered a 20ft racing dinghy, frequently winning local races and eventually competing on an international level.
Today, Graham combines his competitive spirit with a meticulous and safety-first approach to sailing, ensuring a perfect blend of thrill and comfort for his guests. Being familiar with the islands, he tailors unforgettable itineraries. At day’s end, Graham showcases his mixology skills, preparing bespoke cocktails.
Kristiann came from running a booming catering business, perfecting her craft with diverse menus catering to all sorts of dietary needs. Trained at Ashburton Cookery School in England in 2021, she now brings her culinary expertise to the yachting world. She creates gourmet meals using local produce, matching the day’s activities at sea. Beyond cooking, Kristiann guides guests on snorkel adventures. #YachtingLife #CulinaryArt
Matilda combined her Geography degree studies with her passion for water sports by teaching paddle-boarding, kayaking, and cliff-jumping in the UK. She continued her adventure on a 50m yacht in the Mediterranean and became a PADI-certified diving instructor in Thailand. Her expert knowledge of marine life and diving, coupled with a natural talent for teaching, will make trying new water activities an inspiring experience.
