She gained valuable experience in different fields before finding her passion in the yachting industry. Alongside Cameron, she brings warmth and expertise to every role, from hosting in Croatia to perfecting guest experiences with standout cocktails. Jada and Cameron are a top-notch team, making every trip aboard the Xandros truly unforgettable.
Sam Middeke’s love for cooking started in St. Louis, MO. From his first kitchen job to now leading a renowned Nashville restaurant, Sam has constantly evolved. His mastery in fine dining shines through dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, making meals on Aeolus memorable. Away from the kitchen, Sam enjoys hiking, soccer, and making fresh pasta, always seeking new flavors and ideas.
