He has sailed multihull yachts over 55 feet long in the Mediterranean and Caribbean. This has given him valuable experience. His calm leadership and seamless professionalism make him the perfect captain for your luxury catamaran adventure.
CHEF BEATRICE
Béatrice brings a wealth of experience from leading several successful Caribbean restaurants. Since 2017, she has been a skilled chef on boats that are 50 to 80 feet long. These include many beautiful catamarans and large motor yachts. Her love for making tasty dishes shows in her skills with Mediterranean and Creole cuisines. These dishes promise a true feast for your senses.
With every meal she prepares on board, Béatrice crafts an unforgettable culinary journey, ensuring every bite is a flavorful adventure. 👩🍳🌊
HOSTESS CLAIRE
At just 23 years old, Claire has an impressive background in sailing through some of the world’s most stunning locations. She has navigated the waters of Corsica, Sardinia, the Côte d’Azur, and the Caribbean, skillfully handling yachts over 60 feet. Whether she is cruising the calm blue coasts or crossing the wide Atlantic, Claire is essential. Her versatility shines through as she seamlessly supports the onboard chef, demonstrating her commitment and adaptability. Claire has impressive credentials. She holds a Certificate of Food Safety, a deckhand diploma, and a professional baccalaureate in culinary arts. Each of these shows her skills and knowledge on board. ⛵🌊
