Paul’s journey began along Cornwall’s coast, UK, mastering dinghy sailing at 12. His skills blossomed, earning him the Commercial Yacht Master and Cruise Instructor titles in Gibraltar, launching a life of adventure. He’s navigated the waters of the UK, the Atlantic, and the Mediterranean. Recently, Paul has been charting luxury Catamarans through the Caribbean & Bahamas. A diving enthusiast since 1995, he turned Dive Instructor in 2012, with a passion for underwater photography and aspirations to explore beneath Antarctic ice.
April’s journey began in the vast expanse of the Rocky Mountains, Canada. With a spirit yearning for adventure, she traversed from coast to coast before setting down roots in New Zealand for seven years. It was here that April’s love for the sea blossomed. Starting as a stewardess on a 72ft Swath Ocean Catamaran in 2007, her passion only deepened. Achieving her Commercial Yacht Master certification and becoming a qualified diver, April not only developed a profound respect for the marine life but also a zest for life on the waves. Her culinary skills, combined with a commitment to nutrition, led her to innovate in the galley, creating fresh, healthy dishes that promise a taste of paradise at sea.
George Filip, a Romanian fluent in English, shines in every watersport imaginable, making him an outstanding first mate. His skills are invaluable both above and below deck, assisting the captain and guests with equal aplomb. Below deck, George takes the lead as chief steward, where his mixologist talents truly come alive during Happy Hour.
