CHEF RENEE
Renee, raised in the fast-paced cities of London and Birmingham, always sought nature’s tranquility. At 19, she moved to the Gloucestershire countryside to study Equestrian Sports Science at Hartbury University. While studying, she worked at the 4* Hilton Hotel and the Cheltenham races.
During university, Renee realized equestrian life wasn’t her true calling, but she continued to complete her degree while exploring new paths. Her newfound love for fitness led her to meet Alex at a local gym, where they bonded over their shared desire for purpose and freedom.
Growing up, Renee was surrounded by family foodies and bakers, igniting her passion for baking. Helping her great-grandma bake Jamaican Rum cake is a cherished memory. Today, she creates flavorful, nutritious meals with love.
