Originally from Hereford, England, CASHELL discovered her passion for adventure at an early age, starting her journey abroad in the Balearic Islands at just 16. A life-changing boat tour around the Whitsunday Islands inspired her to pursue a maritime career, beginning as a chef aboard maxi sailing yachts along the Australian coast.
Determined to expand her expertise, CASHELL earned her Yachtmaster Offshore certification and transitioned from the galley to the helm. With extensive experience sailing in the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and French Polynesia, she has become a skilled skipper who thrives on the open sea.
When not socializing or sailing, CASHELL is always seeking her next thrill—whether it’s hiking, skiing, or skydiving. Her adventurous spirit and commitment to creating unforgettable experiences make her an exceptional crew member.

Hailing from Newcastle in the North East of England, SAMANTHA grew up in a family deeply rooted in the hospitality industry. With parents, grandparents, and an uncle owning successful hotel businesses, hospitality is truly in her blood. From a young age, she learned the importance of creating memorable experiences for guests, shaping her journey as a chef.
Her love for cooking began at 14, fueled by her high-level sports training, where nutrition played a key role in her performance. Working in restaurants ignited her passion for the fast-paced kitchen environment, creativity, and inspiring people she met along the way.
Pursuing a Management Degree in France, SAMANTHA was captivated by the country’s rich culinary traditions and world-class gastronomy. After completing her Culinary Training at The Avenue Cookery School in London, she embarked on her yachting career, working two highly successful summer seasons on yachts in Croatia. Here, she refined her ability to craft top-tier dining experiences at sea.
SAMANTHA is passionate about crafting dishes inspired by her travels, using fresh, local ingredients to create meals that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Her creativity, energy, and love for the ocean shine through in every dish she prepares. She’s excited to make your yacht charter unforgettable as you explore the beauty of the British Virgin Islands!
