Its standout features—soft SeaDek decks, a bright and elegant interior, and a crew whose personalities bring an unparalleled warmth—set it apart in a sea of luxury catamarans. This 2024 Bali catamaran blends comfort, space, and performance into a seamless sailing experience that epitomizes the Caribbean lifestyle.
Bali catamarans are renowned for their innovative design, and La Vie Est Belle elevates that reputation with the iconic “Bali garage door.” This revolutionary feature allows the entire aft wall to disappear, opening the yacht to breathtaking, unobstructed views of paradise. It creates a harmonious indoor/outdoor living experience, ideal for alfresco dining and enjoying the ever-present Caribbean breeze.
On the foredeck, the traditional trampolines have been replaced with a solid lounging area adorned with plush cushions for sunbathing. A unique full-sized door provides direct access from the foredeck to the salon, ensuring a free flow throughout the yacht. Pepijn has been sailing for as long as he can remember—his first time on a sailboat was as an infant, safely secured in a car seat tied to a fender! Growing up, his passion for sailing only grew stronger, and by the age of thirteen, he was confidently cruising the North Sea with his brother on a small sailboat.
For Pepijn, yachting is more than a career; it’s a lifelong calling. Over the years, he has earned numerous sailing licenses and certifications, transforming his love for the sea into a professional pursuit. While studying at university, he spent his summers exploring the Mediterranean, sailing across Europe’s most stunning coastlines and gaining invaluable experience along the way.
Rejecting the confines of a traditional desk job, Pepijn chose to follow his heart and commit fully to life on the water. His decision has led to incredible adventures and a fulfilling career in yachting. As captain of La Vie Est Belle, Pepijn is excited to share his enthusiasm and expertise with guests, creating unforgettable moments and ensuring every charter is truly exceptional.

Nicole brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and catering to her role as chef aboard La Vie Est Belle. Cooking has always been her happy place, whether it’s crafting an elaborate feast for friends and family or hosting lively dinner parties. For Nicole, there’s something truly magical about bringing people together through great food.
Her love for the water runs just as deep as her passion for cooking. Having spent her childhood sailing with family and friends, Nicole naturally became the go-to person for creating delicious meals onboard. This passion inspired her to dedicate her free time in recent years to sailing around the Mediterranean and honing her culinary skills professionally.
Nicole’s experiences working aboard yachts ultimately led her to take a leap of faith—leaving her full-time job managing a hospitality company to pursue her dream of becoming a full-time chef in the stunning Caribbean Islands. Her passion for food, hospitality, and the sea shines through in every dish she creates. Guests aboard La Vie Est Belle can look forward to unforgettable culinary adventures and extraordinary dining experiences crafted with love and expertise.
