Half-board Rates: A discount of $150 per person includes seven breakfasts, four lunches, and three dinners. Three lunches and four dinners ashore at your expense.

SLEEP ABOARD: This option is available for $300 per cabin with a minimum of $900. It includes boarding after 4 p.m., snacks, welcome cocktails, and continental breakfast. Dinner ashore is at your expense.

Crew Gratuity of 15-20% adjusted as to how you feel the service you received is customary.

DAYBREAK

The following menu represents some suggestions; however, your menu will be suited to your preferences. Chef Fifi, who has special knowledge about gluten-free/celiac disease, can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

  • Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Fruit Platter, Bacon Rosettes, Toast with butter, jams and PB
  • Eggs Benedict on an English Muffin, Sausages, Fruit Salad, Carrot and Walnut Cake
  • French Toast with whipped cream and wild berries, Fruit Platter, Fried Eggs

CAPTAIN ANDRE

At the tender age of 7, Captain André embarked on his sailing journey, a path deeply influenced by his family’s profound love for the sea. His formative years were filled with competitive races and instructing budding sailors, leading him to become one of Portugal’s youngest ocean captains by 16. Combining his passion for sailing with photography and cinematography, André set his sights on the Ocean Race, creating a production company that captured the essence of ocean racing. His work with renowned sailing platforms like Sailing La Vagabonde marked his entry into professional sailing media. With four Atlantic crossings under his belt and a solo transit on the horizon, André’s journey is a blend of adventure, ambition, and artistry, culminating in unforgettable charters alongside Chef Fifi.

CHEF FIFI

Chef Fifi, with her roots in Portugal, grew close to the sea, exploring the beaches on her family’s boat. She also earned her day skipper license while pursuing degrees in Cell and Molecular Biology and Data Science. The idea to start charter adventures with André perfectly combined her passions—boating, cooking, and hosting. After completing her studies, she embarked on this journey, constantly honing her culinary skills with advanced courses, including training at The Avenue Cookery School in London.

DYNAMIC DUO

André and Fifi, newlyweds passionate about adventure and travel, have been a dynamic duo for seven years. Life partners, they skillfully navigate the luxury charter world across Sint Maarten, BVI, and Croatia, spreading joy and positivity wherever they sail.
