CAPTAIN MATT
Captain Matt has over 15 years of sailing experience globally. He worked as a charter skipper in southern Italy for two years, managing various boats and groups. Before joining private crewed yachts, Matt taught beginner to intermediate sailing in the BVI with RYA & ASA. He led up to fifteen boats through the islands as a Sunsail flotilla skipper. He loves the BVI, building camaraderie with guests, exploring new challenges, and discovering new places and cultures.

CHEF TARA
Tara is a highly skilled chef with a background in London’s top catering colleges and over a decade of experience in renowned restaurants. Her adventures as a diving instructor and underwater videographer allowed her to travel the globe. She established a company that seamlessly blends her skills in catering and love for the ocean.
In 2010, Tara brought her talents to the BVI, serving as the chef on a 105-foot trimaran. There, she delighted guests with her culinary art while skillfully managing dietary needs and creating unforgettable meals. Her expertise and dedication make each dining experience exceptional.
DYNAMIC DUO
Matt and Tara are an experienced couple with a diverse range of skills on and below the water. Acting as a Captain and Chef duo in the British Virgin Islands since 2012. They excel in providing exceptional charter experiences, combining expert navigation with delicious cuisine amidst the BVI’s stunning scenery.
