Born and raised in Puerto Rico, ADRIANA grew up with the ocean as her playground. Her passion for sailing took root in her twenties when her father purchased a cruising sailboat, sparking adventures across some of the Caribbean’s most exotic destinations.

Adriana’s journey to becoming a charter captain began with earning a BBA degree in Florida, where she also worked in the service industry. This experience refined her skills in hospitality and entertaining, which she seamlessly blends with her love for the water.

Her dedication and hard work have made her a standout in the charter industry, delivering unforgettable experiences for guests. Whether guiding you through crystal-clear Caribbean waters or ensuring every detail of your journey is flawless, Captain Adriana brings professionalism, passion, and a personal touch to every voyage.

A true international man of flavor, CHEF MARTIN was born in Cairo, Egypt, and raised throughout South America. His passion for food and adventure has taken him across the Americas and the Caribbean, where he’s worn many culinary hats—from operating a food truck in Texas to opening an eco-lodge in the jungles of Belize. He’s even earned recognition as a finalist on an episode of Chopped. Now, he brings his love of cooking and the sea to the beautiful USVI.

Martin’s culinary journey began in Venezuela, where his family gatherings inspired a lifelong love of hosting and creating a sense of belonging. This warmth and inclusivity define his approach to every meal, ensuring that guests feel like family with every bite.

A graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Chef Martin is classically trained but thrives in blending formal technique with a wild, inventive spirit. With the Caribbean’s bounty at his fingertips, he crafts unforgettable dishes that reflect his global heritage and love for fresh, local ingredients.
