Our eco-friendly catamaran is all about how luxury meets nature. It features solar panels, climate-smart settings, and fun water toys for a snug voyage. High 5 catamaran features four queen beds, but the crew will move to a queen and leave you their twin cabin for an additional $800 fee if you prefer.

CAPTAIN UMBERTO
Raised in Sicily, Umberto developed an early love for water sports, fishing, and the outdoors. After earning a business degree in Milan, he expanded his horizons by working in hospitality at the Sydney Opera House in Australia and interning for a digital startup in Hong Kong.
Returning to Italy in 2017, he joined The Yacht Week, advancing from Skipper to Lead Skipper and Route Manager while also serving as an Instructor for Quarterdeck, mentoring new skippers. Over six years, he led more than 80 charters across the globe and navigated over 100,000 nautical miles.
Umberto is passionate about motorbiking away from the sea, recalling a standout journey through India’s highest pass at over 5,000 meters.
CHEF DARYL
Meet Daryl, a talented chef trained at Le Cordon Bleu London, hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. She’s taken her culinary skills from top-notch restaurants to the high seas, sharing her passion for healthy, sustainable eating on sailing yachts across Croatia, Greece, Turkey, Tahiti, St. Lucia, and the BVI. Daryl enhances every meal with a focus on gut health and vibrant, innovative dishes influenced by her travels to over 30 countries. Her culinary inspirations come from the flavors of Thailand, Japan, the Mediterranean, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.
Daryl is committed to making every dining experience unforgettable. Away from the kitchen, she enjoys surfing, hiking, snowboarding, yoga, and hosting quiz nights. Join her for a unique, joyful culinary journey on charter!
