Captain Austen combines professional training with global experience and relaxed confidence to lead ENTRE4. He graduated from the Texas A&M Maritime Academy where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marine Transportation while accumulating more than 220 days of sea training experience in navigation and vessel operations and maritime safety.
Austen has spent more than ten years commanding motor and sailing yachts that reach lengths of up to 150 feet while working on private and charter vessels and OSVs and offshore tugs and Jones Act vessels. The U.S., Caribbean, Middle East, Panama Canal, Black Sea and remote Pacific islands make up his extensive cruising history.
Austen dedicates equal attention to guest satisfaction as he does to exact navigation during charter operations. He successfully managed yacht programs reaching 143 feet in length while leading professional crews and APA budgets and delivering five-star guest service. Every charter under his leadership becomes both seamless and unforgettable because of his calm leadership and deep technical knowledge and his love of the sea.
Christiana developed her culinary skills through her education at the Culinary Institute of America where she received degrees in Pastry Arts and Business Management. Her culinary expertise developed in Michelin-starred kitchens while her worldwide travels inspire the diverse multicultural flavors she presents in her dishes.
Christiana uses her experience leading yachts up to 43 meters to create personalized menus which combine artistic presentation with delicious flavors while accommodating dietary requirements and guest tastes. Her culinary expertise extends to wine and cocktail knowledge which she uses to create personalized pairings and mixology solutions that enhance the onboard dining experience.
Christiana brings essential magic to every charter through her creative approach and energetic dedication to detail when she sources ingredients in distant ports and prepares seven-course tasting menus.
Storm’s name suits his adventurous spirit. He has spent years training crew, leading charters, and maintaining vessels to the highest standard as a skilled skipper and deckhand with a background in maritime instruction. His specialties include safe passage planning, tender ops, anchoring, and solo yacht handling.
Storm has skippered charters across the Caribbean and Med and loves to share his sailing passion with guests by leading snorkeling excursions and fishing trips and getting everyone excited for water toy days.
Storm is a reliable and upbeat deckhand who is highly capable and a natural host and leader who makes every day aboard ENTRE4 smooth, safe and filled with unforgettable moments.
Emma brings warmth, precision, and a wealth of onboard experience to ENTRE4. She has sailed over 5,000 nautical miles and has worked as First Mate, Deck/Stew, and Cook on both sail and motor yachts. Emma is excellent at combining hospitality with seamanship, from silver service and table design to anchoring and night watches.
As a Deck/Stew Instructor, Emma teaches new crew members while providing high-end guest service with a steady, confident demeanor. She is known for her extra effort, from creating lovely table settings to making special drinks and celebration arrangements.
Emma’s EMT background adds an extra layer of safety and reassurance, while her passion for life at sea and attention to guest comfort make her a cherished part of the ENTRE4 team.
