Captain Adrian, hailing from Cape Town, South Africa, was raised with the ocean as his playground. He has always felt a strong bond with water. He enjoys racing Hobie Cats and wakeboarding on lakes. He also loves free diving in the sea and fly fishing in mountain streams. His passion for sailing led him to skip the traditional university path and pursue his RYA Yacht Master certification.
After working in the superyacht industry, Adrian wanted a deeper connection to the sea. He started captaining catamarans in the Mediterranean. He quickly rose to the role of Route Manager, overseeing the coordination of up to 80 vessels, 800 guests, and 160 crew each week. Looking for new adventures, Adrian sailed to the Caribbean. The clear waters and colorful marine life of the Virgin Islands won his heart.
With over 9 years of experience and 30,000 nautical miles behind him, Adrian loves sharing his expertise with guests. Adrian wants to make your charter experience perfect. You can have fun at the Soggy Dollar Bar or relax on Guana’s calm shores. He focuses on both the activities above and below the water.

Emma grew up in the Natal Midlands, South Africa, where her childhood was filled with outdoor adventures. Her mom’s love for cooking and hosting, combined with her dad’s passion for the water, helped shape Emma’s career at sea. While studying at university, Emma used her free time to cook with top chefs. She also volunteered at soup kitchens and ran small businesses selling ready-made meals. Her interest in health inspired her to earn a certificate in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. She used this knowledge to help others live healthier lives. After finishing her degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Emma worked in hospitals. Then she traded her hospital shoes for flip-flops and never looked back. She still loves her Crocs, too.
Inspired by her travels, Emma enjoys blending local flavors into various cuisines. She creates tasty meals that make guests feel at home. People often say that eating her food feels like dining at a friend’s house, thanks to her warm and welcoming personality. No matter your dietary needs or preferences, Emma can create a menu that fills your belly. Her dishes are also perfect for your camera roll, making unforgettable memories.
