🌊 Meet Captain Johnny Blue! 🌊 Born and raised along the Atlantic Seaboard, Capt. Johnny has always been captivated by the call of the sea 🌅. Johnny’s dreams of life at sea began early. Memories of his adventurous uncle inspired him. His uncle sailed the Bahamas and Virgin Islands for over 30 years. Johnny loved hearing stories about pirates, ocean waves, and endless horizons.
Johnny is a former entrepreneur, nomadic filmmaker, and “underwater astronaut.” For the past 7 years, he has explored Southeast Asia 🌏. He enjoys embracing new cultures and seeking thrilling adventures. He began his professional sailing journey in Phuket, Thailand. He taught sailing courses and ran charters in beautiful Phang Nga Bay. From the Andaman Sea 🌴 to the Greek Dodecanese Islands 🇬🇷, his skills and passion have taken him worldwide. He’s even crossed the Atlantic 🌌, delivering a Bali 5.4 during peak hurricane season!
Now in his second season in the Virgin Islands, Capt. Johnny shares his love for the ocean 🌊. He teaches others how to sail and shows his travels on his YouTube channel. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey with Capt. Johnny is your guide!

👨🍳 Meet Chef Daryl – Culinary Captain of the Caribbean! Born in Ohio and raised in South Carolina, Chef Daryl moved to the Virgin Islands at 23. He brought with him a love for Southern hospitality and many delicious flavors. Over nearly twenty years in the islands, he has built a great career. He was the Executive Chef of Savant, a top Caribbean spot. Even the current President of the United States is known to enjoy dining there!
Chef Daryl’s cooking mixes French, Asian, and Caribbean flavors with a Southern twist. His dishes take guests on a global culinary journey. His awards say a lot. Here are some notable mentions:
