Originally from Mumbles, Wales, OLIVIA has always felt at home by the ocean. Although she adores the stunning Welsh coastline, she sought a warmer climate for a more permanent life at sea. While studying English at Cardiff University, Olivia discovered her passion for hosting dinner parties, experimenting with various cuisines and honing her presentation skills. After graduating, she swapped her textbooks for an apron. She started a culinary adventure in Croatia. There, she worked as a yacht chef. She soon realized this was her true calling.
Drawing inspiration from her travels, Olivia crafts unforgettable dishes for her guests, using her experience and creativity to deliver exceptional flavors. She was dedicated to using local ingredients. This inspired her to get her Yacht Chef certification at the well-known Ashburton Cookery School. When she’s not impressing guests with her cooking, Olivia enjoys sharing her love for the outdoors. She likes activities such as kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding. Above all, she takes pride in bringing people together through her beautifully presented, mouthwatering creations.
