Jack, born in Clearwater, Florida, spent his childhood fishing and sailing. His career began in Clearwater Harbour on tour boats, evolving into yacht charters across the Caribbean, East Coast USA, and the Mediterranean. With over a decade of experience and a 200-ton USCG license, Jack’s passion for the sea runs deep. He’s a skilled captain and a certified PADI Scuba Diving instructor. Jack delights in guiding guests on “underwater safaris” to explore the sea life and corals of the British Virgin Islands. He’s eager to share the hidden beauties of the BVIs, making every journey with him an adventure.
Chef Dani’s journey from Ohio to the Caribbean is as rich and vibrant as her cooking. From her early days of playing sports and enjoying the great outdoors, especially the water, to her transformative trip to the Virgin Islands at 17, she knew her destiny lay beyond the lakes and pools of her youth. In 2012, Dani made the leap, embracing the ocean’s call and the Caribbean’s allure. Today, as the chef aboard a 65-foot sail catamaran, she crafts exquisite meals that cater to a variety of dietary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, and kosher. Shelley Black, raised in California, has always been drawn to the ocean, sparking from frequent sails to Catalina Island during her youth. With a background in art and graphic design, she transitioned to the yachting world, working on a private yacht in Mexico. This experience fueled her passion for travel, leading her to a four-year journey working on various yachts as a deck/stew. Skilled in water sports and free diving, Shelley is passionate about designing unique experiences for her guests, ranging from crafting specialty cocktails to organizing themed parties. This season, she’s set to bring her creativity and enthusiasm to the Virgin Islands again.
