Respite At Sea Catamaran Rates

All-inclusive for seven nights. Shorter Charters are available. Six nights will be pro-rated, and five nights and under will have a short-charter surcharge.

Children’s discount available for 15 and under at the time of sailing of $500 per child

Half Board rate with three lunches and four dinners off at guest expense is minus $150.00 per person.

Sleep-Aboard $2500. Arrival 5 PM. Snacks and welcome drinks are served; this is not an open bar. Dinner is ashore at your expense. Includes a continental breakfast the following day and departure at noon.

Crew Gratuity is 15-20% of the Charter fee given to the Captain at the end of the week

BREAKFAST

  • Traditional eggs Benedict with hollandaise sauce on English muffins, with a choice of bacon, spinach, or Norwegian smoked salmon
  • Egg frittata with bacon and burrata, basil olive oil, and arugula
  • Build your own bagel bar with all the fixings
  • Captain’s boat-made sourdough with avocado mash and poached eggs
  • Shakshuka with feta and fresh pita bread
  • Scrambled eggs, bacon, and sourdough toast with mushrooms and spinach
  • Turkish poached eggs on herb yogurt and spiced butter

LUNCH

  • Poke bowl with ahi tuna, mango, edamame, wakame, avocado and spicy mayo
  • Mexican pulled beef barbacoa tacos on boat-made tortillas.
  • Maryland-style crab cakes with a fresh green salad
  • Chinese steamed bao buns with sweet and spicy chicken with a side of Asian cucumber salad with sesame oil dressing
  • Traditional local caught fish burgers with tartar sauce and coleslaw
  • Healthy Buddha bowl with grilled chicken, quinoa, houmous, feta, and muhammara

CAPTAIN RUBRIO

Raised in Madeira’s stunning landscape, Rubrio’s life has blended the sea’s serenity and the mountain’s majesty. From early on, sailing was not just a hobby but a passion. This love for the sea didn’t stop at professional racing; it expanded to leisure cruising and eventually steering motor yachts of all sizes. With more than 25 years in the captain’s seat, he brings a mix of professionalism and ease to every charter. His approachable nature and enduring passion for water sports, and a genuine love for animals ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories.

CHEF/MATE LIZA

Growing up in the Netherlands, Liza’s passion for sailing ignited early, nurtured by summers aboard her family’s sailboat. Adventure sports filled her downtime with her brothers, whether on water or amidst mountains. Her journey through hospitality roles in Amsterdam and Greece during her studies to earning a Master’s degree paved the way for a decade in customer experience consulting with multinationals. But her heart found its actual call at sea, as she combined her knack for creating unforgettable customer experiences with her love for cooking across Mediterranean charters and an Atlantic voyage.

Her belief stands strong: the key to touching hearts is through delightful culinary experiences. With a recent season under her belt as a sous-chef in the Mediterranean and after honing her skills with yacht chef training in London, Liza is ready to bring her culinary magic to the Caribbean charter season.
