Half-board Rates: A discount of $150 per person includes seven breakfasts, four lunches, and three dinners. Three lunches and four dinners ashore at your expense.
Local Fare Rates: A discount of $75 per person includes seven breakfasts, five lunches, and six dinners. Two lunches and one dinner ashore are at your expense.
SLEEP ABOARD: This option is plus $2000. It includes boarding after 4 p.m., snacks, welcome cocktails, and continental breakfast. Dinner ashore is at your expense.
Children Discount: $500.00 discount for each child 15 years of age and under
Captain only Rate available at $18,000 includes the Vessel, all linens/towels/Kitchenware/Dining ware, water toys and the Captain.

CAPTAIN BENJAMIN
My journey starts in Ramseur, North Carolina, from a farming family but always pulled towards the water. After serving in the army and searching for my true passion, I found myself on the shores of the Florida Keys.
Beginning with washing charter boats in Key West, one opportunity changed my life. Filling in on a charter ignited my path in the maritime world, eventually becoming a certified captain. My love for the sea grew stronger, leading me to embrace scuba diving.
Diving has taken me to mesmerizing spots like the Bahamas’ Tiger Beach and the Socorro Islands. As a dive expedition captain to the Dry Tortugas, I’ve shared incredible underwater adventures with fellow enthusiasts.
On a brave quest, I solo-sailed a 1989 Beneteau Moorings 432 from Galveston to St. Thomas, now my home. For the past two years, I’ve led fishing charters in the stunning Caribbean waters, sharing my passion and sparking a sense of wonder for the ocean in others.
As a captain, my goal is not just navigation, but sharing the ocean’s magic and creating memories that last a lifetime.

CHEF DAISY
My name is Daisy, from the beautiful mountains of Colorado. I spend my days hiking to glacier lakes, foraging wild foods, and enjoying cold plunges in all weather. Beyond the forests, I explore the seas, navigating between the gulf, Bahamas, and Virgin Islands. Fishing for mahi, diving for conch and lobster, and finding secluded spots for meditation and yoga are my ocean passions.
My culinary journey started at Whole Foods Market as a consultant, where I taught healthy eating. Now, I am a private chef at a mountain retreat, focused on farm-to-table dishes using locally grown, hunted, and foraged ingredients. Food, a blend of science and art, inspired by land and sea, brings immense joy, especially when I see others enjoying my creations. Nothing compares to the joy of someone savoring a dish made with love.

Ben met Daisy in the Virgin Islands in 2022. Ben was a fishing excursion captain, and Daisy was a charter chef. Soon after, they sailed together from Florida through the Abacos and Exumas in the Bahamas, truly getting to know one another. This voyage led them to decide to run charters together in the Virgin Islands. Their shared love for the sea and complementary skills made them a great team. Each trip showcases their passion, giving guests unforgettable memories and a longing to return. ⚓🌊
