Captain Cameron Channing’s transition from the expansive wilderness of South Africa’s safari lodges to the enchanting waters of the Caribbean embodies a spirit of adventure and profound affinity for the natural world. Opting for the intimate camaraderie of charter crews over the grandeur of super yachts, Channing’s path is marked by notable achievements such as attaining the RYA Yacht Master certification and becoming a PADI Dive Instructor. His journey underscores a relentless pursuit of horizons yet explored, pairing his nautical expertise with a steadfast commitment to environmental reverence.
FIRST MATE JADA
Jada Dickie took her degree in hospitality and tourism management and steered her career towards exploring the world’s most beautiful waters. She gained valuable experience in different fields before finding her passion in the yachting industry. Alongside Cameron, she brings warmth and expertise to every role, from hosting in Croatia to perfecting guest experiences with standout cocktails. Jada and Cameron are a top-notch team, making every trip aboard the Xandros truly unforgettable.
CHEF SAM
Sam Middeke’s love for cooking started in St. Louis, MO. From his first kitchen job to now leading a renowned Nashville restaurant, Sam has constantly evolved. His mastery in fine dining shines through dishes made from locally sourced ingredients, making meals on Aeolus memorable. Away from the kitchen, Sam enjoys hiking, soccer, and making fresh pasta, always seeking new flavors and ideas.
