Captain Hoss Saunders
Hoss is a fully qualified commercial Master Skipper, with over 500,000 nautical miles of sailing experience. For the last 15 years he was the Captain of his own highly successful luxury catamaran charter boat on Sydney Harbour in Australia. He is also a marine engineer; a dive master; a delivery skipper, boat builder and keen kite surfer! Hosso’s passion is sailing, something he has been doing all his life. His other passion is meeting people and sharing with them his love of the ocean. He sailed Phoenix XI from Australia to the Caribbean!

For the last fifteen years, Fiona has run her own highly successful luxury charter catamaran boat operation on Sydney Harbour in Australia, which allowed her to combine her passion for entertaining and catering on the water, with her love for meeting new people. She excels in creating the perfect atmosphere for her guests, giving the greatest attention to detail at all times. In her previous life, Fiona ran her own business in the film industry for over 20 years, working on movies such as “The Matrix”, “Mission Impossible”, “Star Wars” and many others. Let her entertain you with her stories of life “behind the scenes”!

Hoss and Fiona sold their previous boat and Australian business, and purchased the stunning PHOENIX XI two years ago. They sailed her from Australia to the Caribbean themselves. Having now fully explored The Grenadines and the Caribbean, they look forward to welcoming you onboard and sharing this wonderful part of the world with you.
