Paul Jordan has an RYA Yacht Masters and is a PADI Dive Instructor.

Paul was raised in the small town of Nelspruit in South Africa, very close to the Kruger National Park where he spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful wildlife. He studied Clothing Management at Technicon Natal before going on to work at companies like Quiksilver, Marks & Spencer, and South African retailer, @Home. While studying, he picked up surfing as a hobby, inspiring an ongoing love for the sea. He ultimately decided to leave corporate life behind to follow his dreams of travelling and seeing the world. He completed his PADI Dive Instructors and worked in places like South Africa and Mozambique, diving some of the most beautiful reef structures on the planet. The bug had bitten, and what followed was a life-changing experience of working and living in Thailand, Indonesia, Israel, Maldives, British Virgin Islands, Belize, Antigua and the Bahamas.

Paul`s sailing experience started in the British Virgin Islands and was immediately taken by the freedom that sailing offers. He had surfed, sky dived, scuba dived and hiked searching for the space to free his soul for many years and when he felt the silence of the boat moving through the water under the power of the wind he was blown away and knew this is the freedom that he sought. It was the moment when he realised sailing is like playing chess with nature.

Daniela Trevisol is from the south coast of Brazil, very close to the boarder of Uruguay. She spent many of her holidays travelling South America and has picked up along the way a bit of Spanish, as well as South American customs and cuisine. Her family is a big mix of cultures, being Spanish, Portuguese and Italian, with food being the uniting factor that brings them all together. Fresh food and spices are never far from Dani`s heart when preparing meals.

She graduated in Business Administration and travelled to Australia to improve her English. She worked in the hospitality industry in catering events and restaurants, before moving back to Brazil, finishing her MBA in Project Development, and going on to work with various sectors including refineries, ocean construction and maritime agencies.

She has always loved sailing and being on the ocean and decided to take sailing lessons on an Optimist dingy, which led her to participate in regattas and to do her IYT deckhand course. The ocean with all its wonders had stolen her heart and she carried on to obtain an open water course with PADI, while also completing her STCW.

As a team Paul and Dani have sailed together for the last two years working in Belize, Antigua and the Bahamas. They have sailed many different Yachts from Lagoon, Fontaine Pajot to Robertson and Caine. They are both educated, mature and positive individuals who love to facilitate incredible experiences in a fun-filled environment where guests have the chance to experience new surroundings, challenge themselves and to connect with each other. We are very privileged to be in this position and never take this for granted. We cannot wait to share our joy and love of the ocean with you your friends and family.

LOCAL FARE MEAL PLAN OPTION : SUBTRACT $75 per person from weekly rate : Includes 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches and 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner at client expense.
