Sifis was born in 1967 and is serving at sea for over twenty five years. He has an extensive motor yacht and sailing experience. He also has an impressive record of transatlantic trips, including several solo crossings. Sifis is at “Milos” family for more than ten years, and during this period he is not only at the helm of “Milos” yachts, but he is also responsible for the management of the yachts. Further to the above, he is a professional scuba diver, lifeguard and an avid technology buff. Apart from his professional credentials, Sifis is an affable and attentive guide to Greece’s geographic and cultural treasures.His friendly and efficient character, in combination with his knowledge, makes the guests feel safe and welcome on his yacht. He speaks English and Greek and his interests are: sky diving, paragliding and sailing races.

Lefteris was born in 1981. He is in the yachting industry since 2009 with experience on various private and charter yachts. His pleasant disposition combined with his hard-working character and attentiveness to detail making him an invaluable part of the team, since joining in 2019. He is a father of one and speaks English.

Maria, who was born in 1996, graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where she majored in microelectronics and physics. Since then, she has obtained certifications in wine studies, earning the Level 1, 2, and 3 accreditations in wine from the W.S.P.C. Young professional Maria began her job in the food and beverage and tourism sectors by working as a head waitress, an assistant sommelier, and at hotels in Santorini. Maria is a high achiever with a strong commitment to decorum and work ethic. She performs with a great deal of assurance and panache, and her communication skills and effectiveness make her a great match for client-facing jobs. She has a French diploma from the Sorbonne and an English degree from Cambridge.

Ken studied Marine Transportation in Maritime School and has over than ten years of experience at sea. Ken is always there with a big smile and a positive attitude. He speaks English and basic Greek and his interests are: basketball and reading.

Nikos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the maritime industry, primarily as a chief mate and bosun on various motor yachts from 34 to 40m. With a background in sales and management roles at different companies, Nikos brings a diverse skill set to his work. He is fluent in English, holds a basic understanding of Russian, and is known for his patience, teamwork, and strong sense of responsibility. Nikos is also passionate about snorkeling and diving, activities he enjoys in his free time.
