Igor was born in Europe and developed his passion for the ocean sailing in Mediterranean, Adriatic and Black Sea dreaming of one day sailing in the Caribbean. He grew up in a circus family that took him to all parts of the world finally settling in Las Vegas with Cirque du Soleil. His desire to sail and adventurous spirit facilitated a career change, motivating him to build his first boat on the Gulf of Mexico and venture to the Caribbean. He fell in love with the beautiful Caribbean islands, its deep history and vibrant culture and has made it his home.

Kate grew up on the MidAtlantic beaches of Delaware and has always had a natural affinity for the ocean. At 18, she moved to North Carolina for college, where she would spend most the next 10 years. After obtaining a degree in parks, recreation and tourism from N.C State, she spent two seasons guiding adventure trips for teenagers in a variety of destinations around the US. She returned to Raleigh and worked in the hospitality and entertainment industry for several years before deciding to turn her pursuits back toward the ocean.
Kate loves connecting with people and making them feel at home wherever they are. Food has always been at the center of familial connections for her, and she loves creating those experiences for guests. Her cooking style centers around fresh ingredients and bright flavors to match the Caribbean environment. An avid swimmer, diver and backpacker, Kate is happy to guide you adventures on and off -shore, from the galley to the reef!

Igor and Kate are energetic, super active individuals waiting to share their love of adventure and sailing with you, whether it be in the Virgin Islands or The Grenadines and any where in-between.
