Captain Ashley Oberholzer, British
Captain Ashley Oberholzer is British born and was raised in France on his parents 20m charter boat "Champagne Charlie" for 13 years off the Riviera coast.
Ashley has now accumulated over 13 years of professional yachting experience after his career debut in 2008, progressing from deckhand through to engineer and on to the captain’s seat. Ashley has worked on boats ranging from 20m to 60m, covering most of the Mediterranean Sea.
He is an expert watersports instructor and avid explorer. His crew are his family and the sea is his home. "The safety and training of this crew and vessel are only matched by the amount of fun and games offered to the guest on-board."
Deck/Engineer Jakov Peric, Croatian
Jakov originally comes from Zadar, Croatia an archipelago that contains 718 islands, 389 islets and 78 reefs. Early on in his career Jakov managed, fixed and skippered a fleet of 20 sailboats ranging from 15m to 23m before joining the superyacht industry in 2017.
He is responsible for taking care of Lady Amanda's full maintenance including water toys. He is also a licensed jet ski instructor. The Fly board, foil board and wakeboard are his specialities.
Stewardess Aliz Fradin, French/American
Alix Fradin is Lady Amanda's French-American Stewardess. After passing her Bacaloréat with flying colours, she started off her professional life housekeeping for a Qatari Emirate in 2019. Learning from the best land-based teachers, she then secured the position on board Lady Amanda for the 2020 season and has now returned for 2021.
With her pleasant personality and sharp attention to detail she is sure to tend to all your needs on board and make your trip as relaxing and comfortable as it can be. "’Good times and full glasses!” is Alix’s mantra.
Chef Antonio Mattana, Italian
Antonio Mattana was born in Napoli and raised on the sea. He is a restaurant owner in Ponza and also known as the unofficial Mayor of the island.
Antonio has over 15 years of experience on yachts and 15 years on sports fishing boats before that, boasting over 150 000nm on his portfolio. His recipes were passed down from generations, his dishes an explosion of flavours and colours, with flavours from every region of Italy.
He knows every dedicated fish market and open-air market in the Mediterranean Sea. He always manages to buy fresh fruit and vegetables and then presents them like a work of art. A plate by Antonio is a taste of la ‘joie de vivre’.
