Captain Ryan Dunn

Ryan was born and raised on the Mississippi gulf coast where, as a child, he spent many weekends on a boat. Growing up on the water really fueled his passion for boating and ultimately steered his career choice of being a captain. His career spans vessels ranging from fishing charter boats, prize winning sportfish boats to offshore supply vessels up to 225ft and luxury yachts. Yachting gives him the joy of showing people new experiences that will last a lifetime. Creating memories from catching someone their first fish to an unforgettable dive at a beautiful remote island really gives him a sense of fulfillment. Ryan looks forward to making each charter unique and special for each guest onboard JUS CHILL’N 3.

First Mate Aaron Blackmon

Growing up in the dry heat of Austin, Texas, Aaron spent his time doing anything he could in nature from rock climbing, hiking, to surfing. His extensive knowledge on health and fitness inspired him to obtain a Kinesiology degree at the University of Texas San Antonio. Bored of everyday life as a Personal Trainer, he sought the adventurous lifestyle on deck using his skills of water sports, diving, and guest excursions. After just three years in the industry on all sizes of boats, Aaron holds his Yachtmaster 200gt in pursuit of becoming a Yacht Captain. In his free time you’ll find him climbing the nearest mountain, traveling around the world, or training for an Ultramarathon. He one day hopes to open his own gym and is passionate on giving guests a fun experience out in the sun.

Chief Stewardess Rachel Colburn

Despite coming from the land-locked city of Indianapolis, Indiana, Rachel’s sense of adventure has led her to an exciting life on the water. Before making her way to yachting, she was a competitive cheerleader for 15 years and obtained an Advertising & Media Production degree from the University of Alabama, roll tide! Whether it’s trekking to Mt. Everest Base Camp, diving with sharks, or moving to Italy, she loves trying new things and experiencing other cultures. She has worked in the service industry for many years along with taking interior courses in floristry, bartending, and silver service. Whether you are looking for a trip of exciting adventure or a relaxing escape, her love for the job and energetic nature will ensure you will have a great time onboard.

Second Stewardess Erica Acosta

Erika was born & raised in the vibrant city of Bogotá, Colombia until the age of 16 when she moved to to Wisconsin. Escaping the cold weather, she pursued a career in retail in Los Angeles. After eight years in California, she decided it was time for another adventure. She ended up in Florida where she heard about the yachting industry that combined her love for travel and adventure. Erica is your go to girl for making delicious cocktails and excels in organization. She has taken many courses to improve her skills such as barista and silver service. Yachting has provided her with many amazing opportunities to not only work in the most beautiful places but also the ability to spend time doing the things she loves.

Engineer Allen Dudley

Born in Guildford, England, but raised in Port Clinton, Ohio, Allen was well traveled from a young age. Growing up on the Great Lakes, he naturally had a love for watersports; everything from jet skiing, kite surfing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, and free diving. Allen took his passion in mechanics and the ocean to Orlando where he studied at the Marine Mechanics Institute. After graduating, Allen was offered a diesel apprenticeship in the US Virgin Islands at All Points Marine where he was offered his first yachting position onboard a 120’ Broward . He spent his year as the First Mate, Chief Engineer, and the Captain’s right hand man. Allen is welcoming, knowledgeable, and has a desire to please. When not traveling the world by sea, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.
