Lee was born and raised in England. He has been a captain for the past 21 years. Before coming to live in the United States and become a US citizen he sailed all over the world. Lee has been the captain on ISLAND GIRL for the past 10 years, chartering in New England and the Caribbean. His vast yachting and charter experience gives him the expertise to manage any situation with ease. His skill and professional demeanor have been honored with praise from all of his previous guests. Lee's ability as Captain and Host of ISLAND GIRL has resulted in lifelong friendships and many repeat guests for a return fun-in-the-sun charter. Chef/Stew Liz Wilkins
Cathrina Wilkens, more affectionately known as Lizzie, was raised in South Africa with two obsessions; cooking and the ocean. Before she could read she could wield a potato peeler. She loved being in the kitchen with Mom and Grandma, cooking up a storm and preserving all the fruits of their farm in Pretoria. She says, “Grandma’s kitchen opened first thing in the morning when Grandpa’s feet hit the ground. The daily menu was fit for a 5-star restaurant. School holidays, she traded her apron for a swimsuit and the beaches of Durban, where she swam in the ocean from morning till evening with brothers, sisters and Dad.

Lizzie has been wielding that potato peeler in restaurants, hotels, lodges and yachts ever since. She has been an apprentice to top chefs around the world. She has traveled throughout Europe, England, America, Africa, Oman and the Caribbean to assimilate flavors and techniques. She explains her innovative ‘Liz Style’, “I take a taste of all the places I have been and fuse that into one dish. I love Asian flavors so there is always a hint of Asia in my dishes. My menu is healthy, light, with an explosion of flavors.”

Lizzie is a precious asset on ISLAND GIRL. She has lots of experience with special diets and requests and goes out of her way to make sure the guests are happy and their taste buds are even happier. She is thrilled to be aboard ISLAND GIRL because she believes a great crew makes the charter extra special, and the crew aboard ISLAND GIRL is superb.

Fresh Local Fish Grilled to perfection in a freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh herb sauce
