She has experienced in many kinds of cuisine, Pastry Course (cocinart) ( Esah), Thai and Indian food ( Esah), Vegan food ( Esah)
Very creative and with a comprehensive understanding of food and how it works in a yacht galley, she can adapt her menus to any guest’s dietary restrictions to offer them a gourmet cruise.

Until now, she has been mostly working on land between catering, high standard restaurant service, and also audiovisuals.
More recently, her great passion for the sea, since her childhood, naturally led her to work on yachts as a stewardess.
After a successful season last summer with the Firefly team, she is very excited to welcome her new clients on board.
Always smiling and full of energy, her goal is to make guests feel comfortable and leave with beautiful memories.
