Growing up in Napoli, she has been on boats since ever and has been working as professional sailor since 2007. Flaviana has a very good knowledge of the West Mediterranean and Greek waters, were she sailed aboard prestigious Nautor and Oyster sailing yachts and 70-80ft motor yachts. She crossed the Atlantic a couple times and sailed in the Pacific.

Diego started working as deckhand aboard a 24m private motor yacht in 2009. Then he moved for 3 years to the High Seas aboard merchant ships before coming back to the Med to work on various motor yachts and top private gulets. His passion for cooking was becoming bigger and bigger and he often loved cooking for the guests while being the captain. A few years ago he quit his job as captain aboard a Ferretti 731 to become a full time chef on a 27m private yacht. He loves cooking the dishes of the Italian tradition but he is also enjoy preparing Middle Eastern delicacies.

Stewardess Serena Cartani, Italian
Serena is a sweet and soft-spoken young lady who started her career at sea in an unusual way, as cadet engine engineer aboard huge Costa Crociere cruising ships. After a few years she started missing the sunlight, left the engine rooms and looked for a yachting job. In the last few years she has been in charge of pampering guests on private yachts.
