Gary Maxwell° - Captain (New Zealand)
From a nation well known for its sailing, yacht building & friendly people, Gary started his superyacht career in 2000 and now as an experienced Captain operating in both the private and commercial sector he is used to working within a dynamic and ever changing environment. He has extensively cruised the Eastern and Western Mediterranean as well as the North Atlantic., Caribbean and USA eastern seaboard and is always looking to find new "special" places to visit. In his spare time Gary likes to mountain bike, roller blade, swim and relax anywhere outdoors. From the moment guests step foot on Motor Yacht Dopamine, they will experience a vacation unlike any other. Dopamine and its crew will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning guests.

Marvin Martin - 1st Mate / Engineer (Guadeloupe)
Born on the beautiful island of Guadeloupe, an active volcano, Marvin has spent most of his life in the Caribbean working both in hospitality and business. He has extensive experience in watersports, including kayaking, stand up paddling and jet skiing. Being in the industry for over four years, he brings a wealth of knowledge on board. Marvin is flexible, adapts easily to new situations and works well with the team. Marvin has spent most of his career cruising the Mediterranean and Caribbean and has developed a vast knowledge of these areas. Ask Marvs for the best spots to eat, drink and swim in. He has a keen interest in traveling, sailing and spending time with friends. He is fluent in English, French and Spanish. Marvin’s great sense of humor and worldly experiences keeps the crew in good spirits.

Anthony Rougetet - Chef (France)
Our French chef, Anthony has a fantastic 12 year food background. He started off his career as a French crepe maker working his way to traditional, fine dining and Michelin star restaurants. During his travels he got experience working with many famous chefs such as Christophe Bacquié, Stéphanie Le Quellec and Gordon Ramsay. For the last five years he has been a dedicated team leader in luxury establishments and private industry and has acquired a great reputation. Anthony now showcases his culinary skills on super yachts. An open-minded person, Anthony appreciates the intimacy of being a yacht chef, as he can see his food being enjoyed first-hand. When he isn’t cooking up a storm in the Galley you will find Anthony wandering markets and enjoying great local food. Traveling and discovering new cultures around the world lead to the inspiration of his instinctive cuisine, based on the pleasure to please.

Jordan Taylor - Chief Stewardess (South Africa)
Our seaside born Chief Stewardess started yachting when she was only 19 years old! She has worked on various motor yachts around the Mediterranean from 20m to 86m; in positions from Deck Stew, Service Stew, Second Stew and now Chief Stewardess. With great experience on some of the finest luxury yachts, Jordan brings her confidence and capability to deliver a high standard of service. She enjoys making guests feel comfortable and effortlessly goes out of her way to please any guest. A lover of travel, food and sunshine, she is in her element in the Mediterranean summers. With a passion for exploring she can’t wait for her first Caribbean season. In her spare time you will find Jordan running to explore new destinations or conducting up magnificent cocktails.

Holly Smith - Stewardess (Zimbabwean / British)
Our resident “Zimbo” on board, Holly is young and motivated and ready for any task. Although new to the yachting world Holly is fitting in perfectly. She has a fun and adventurous personality making her great with kids. She is a lover of water sports, from swimming, to diving and riding jet skis. You will often see her giving a helping hand to Marvin on deck. Holly is organized and has a strong work ethic. Her outgoing personality and great banter makes her a pleasure for both the guests and crew on board. Holly has an interest in interior design and hopes to further her studies in this field in the future. Although Holly loves the Mediterranean, she can't wait to see what the Caribbean and Bahamas has in store for her this season.
