Has been on the water since an early age after his parents had emigrated from England to settle in Tortola, British Virgin Islands. Growing up amongst an island chain and where he eventually joined a 282’ Schooner passing through the territory and sailed away at age 17.
Pauls career has included Sailing Ships, Live-aboard Dive ships, Cargo ships, Sport fishing, Sailing and Motor Yachts. When not on the water Paul enjoys traveling, camping, cooking and punning!
Paul is excited to host you onboard and welcomes you to Cristobal!

Chief Stewardess | Michelle Finn
Is of Cuban/Irish descent having been raised in Miami, Florida. Having lived around the water her whole life Michelle began life guarding and teaching CPR, First Aid and swim lessons for the Red Cross. Michelle enjoys staying active, traveling and learning new cultures, photography/videography and is fluent in English and Spanish. Michelle recently attained her Masters in Public health and Disease Prevention and takes pride in ensuring that everyone stays healthy.
When onboard Michelle loves being creative making table themes and unique cocktails wowing the guests at every opportunity!

Mate | Cameron Jackson
Grew up across the beach road in Durban, South Africa. Cameron is a former land scape designer/horticulturist with a keen eye for all things green and beautiful. The pull of the ocean drew Cameron to Yachting at an early age. Having worked on yachts for several years he has proven to be a hard worker, a strong team player and always willing to learn new things. Cameron is also a very talented sports fisherman. He holds a national record in South Africa and there is nothing that makes him happier than to help guests target and catch game fish while enjoying their time aboard.

Stewardess & Deckhand | Savannah Moltzen
Being born and raised in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina you can expect nothing but smiles and good energy from this one. She is prepared to help in any way possible. From cocktail service to outdoor water activities, she’s there and ready to make your trip on board nothing less than perfect! Savannah has graduated college with a major in business management and a minor is psychology from the University Of South Carolina. She enjoys all outdoor activities, and is a huge lover of the ocean.
Her hobbies consists of photography, reading, and exploring new places on her free time. She is fluent in English and has begun to dabble in learning the Spanish language. Savannah is very eager to make your trip on board one of the best experiences of your life, so get ready to pack your bags and join the Cristobal team!
