Agnès joined the yachting recently in 2018 with both the duty of stewardess and cook. She previously worked as owner of restaurants and headwaiter from 1992 to 2012 after a formation in hospitality. Agnès got back in the hospitality business and discovered the world of yachts doing a transatlantic crossing. She made her way to second cook to later join in 2018 a catamaran as both stewardess and cook. Since then, she had been wearing both caps until 2022.
Welcoming, multi-tasking, proactive, adaptable and always smiling, Agnès will be happy to pamper the guests and convey her will to satisfy them through her plates. Mainly influenced with the Mediterranean cuisine, she loves to work with fresh products, especially fishes and to prepare light and balanced meals.

Pascale comes from an entrepreneur background with 5 companies created in many areas such as Scotland, Canary Islands and in France. Pascale mainly worked, as Jocelyn, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Caribbean. Flexible, adaptable, serene and cheerful, Pascale will be delighted to pamper the guests and the yacht.
