New Catamaran Arethusa at the 2019 BVI Regatta
60′ Gunboat Arethusa can spread her wings in the Caribbean much more than many other run-of-the-mill yachts.
This Nigel Irens designed yacht is for SAILORS and can go well over 20 knots.
Peter Johnstone started the Gunboat concept of high-performance racer/cruiser catamarans. Peter is the son of J Boats co-founder Bob Johnstone.
The original designs were done by Morrelli & Melvin and built in South Africa. Gunboat has been producing models from 40 to over 60 feet for over15 years.
New Catamaran Arethusa will Base out of The British Virgin Islands but will also be available with a repositioning fee freely throughout the Caribbean. St Martin/St Barts, Antigua, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines, as well as Grenada.
Accommodations:
4 king Bed Cabins and One Twin Cabin.
This new catamaran will keep the guest numbers at 6 with 7 and 8 on request only.
