The Turks and Caicos is very much an “explorer” destination. Make sure you bring your sense of adventure with you! Tell me about the crew onboard Lolalita?
Giovanni (Captain)
“Gio is a highly experienced Captain who finds his fulfillment from connecting people with the sea and enjoying their experiences vicariously through them. Born and raised in London, his career began at a young age teaching sailing and windsurfing at home and in Greece, before moving to Australia to study for a degree in marine biology, conduct underwater acoustic research and guide marine wildlife tours.
Eventually, he bought his own 50ft sailboat and used it to lead documentary filmmaking expeditions thousands of miles around the Caribbean, resulting in work published by National Geographic. Gio is also an expert freediver and PADI Dive Instructor. Gio takes great pride in ensuring the highest levels of safety onboard while helping guests to have an adventure of a lifetime.

Martina (Chef)
An adventurous foodie with a passion for the environment and the sea, Martina has a background ranging from mechanics to medicine. She finally found a home on the seven seas, freediving and exploring.
Martina has spent the last few years in almost every department of the yachting industry, the passion for food and the freedom to be creative through cooking eventually led her to the galley. Martina is enthusiastic about whole foods and loves to create fresh and healthy dishes, utilizing local produce and ingredients.
You can look forward to her specialties in Asian cuisine and Japanese (her favorite). Martina also takes inspiration from over the world and is confident in producing meals for any kind of diet.
Raven (First Mate and Stewardess)
A south Florida girl passionate about the sunshine, Raven spent most of her previous life working for an iconic hotel and tiki bar on Hollywood beach, mixing drinks and looking after hotel guests. As a long term member of the team, she understood the importance of maintaining a reputation for outstanding service and hospitality, bringing in a crowd of regulars who could always feel at home under her care.
She recently moved into the yachting industry to explore beyond the horizon while using her eye for detail to maintain a first-class hotel environment onboard and making sure her guests always feel pampered and well looked after.
Raven is also out on the deck, pulling lines, and driving the tender, making sure the adventure is always flowing.
Tell me about the yacht Lolalita?
Lolalita Crewed Catamaran sleeps eight guests in 4 cabins. One has a king-sized bed, and three have queen-sized beds. All cabins have an ensuite head, shower, and sink.
All cabins have individual a/c controls for YOUR comfort.
The Aft deck/ cockpit area offers alfresco dining and a lounging area.
The main salon offers a lounging area plus dining.
All the soft furnishings are updated in fresh, bright colors.
What is the menu like on Lolalita Crewed Catamaran?
Whatever you want it to be! Within reason of course. Lobster three times a day may be a bit unrealistic. Melinda personally selects a handcrafted menu taking in all your preferences before your charter.
Special diets that taste like heaven are not a problem for them at all!
What is Lolalita’s Crewed Catamarans Rates?
All Rates I am going to talk about here for Lolalita Crewed Catamaran are fully crewed and inclusive for seven nights. There are a few small exclusions:
- Crew Gratuity 15- 20% of the Charter fee industry-standard, adjusted to how you feel the service you received was.
- Dockage that you request during the week. The fun of the charter is the anchorages! Out where you have elbow room and can see the stars and jump in the water!
- Upgraded liquor or wine not in the ships standard bar
- Any food and drinks you choose to eat onshore.

We were just on board this yacht in the British Virgin Islands in November 2019.
We were excited to see the yacht and its upgrades. Since 2017 Lolalita had been refitting most of her systems.
Openings as of December January 17th, 2020
- Cabin Only Sailing in the Turks and Caicos Feb 22nd to March 2nd. Our Cabin only Sailing is a ten-night charter!
- First week of February available for a full weeks charter in Turks and Caicos.
- Between March 22nd to April 18th, 2020
- The dates of April 27th and ongoing has a couple holds for weeks, but still plenty of room.
- From July on the yacht is available in Grenada and the Grenadines for yacht charters
