Ryan Hayes, a native of the southernmost tip of Africa, has always been captivated by the ocean. Raised catching lobster before school and surfing every afternoon, his affinity for the sea led him to pursue a career centered around it. In 2015, he earned his Yacht Master Ocean certification and embarked on a professional sailing journey along the East African coast. With extensive cruising experience in destinations such as Mozambique, Tanzania, Mauritius, and the Seychelles, Ryan has a wealth of fascinating stories to share.
Paula Milovac, Chef from November to March, hails from Gothenburg, Sweden, where her culinary roots run deep. Her father’s expertise as a chef and her mother’s unwavering love for baking set the stage for her culinary passion. Paula’s culinary journey began at 14 when she landed her first job at a local French café in Gothenburg. This early experience set her on a path that led to exciting destinations, encounters with remarkable individuals, and valuable insights. During her travels, Paula also discovered the enchanting world of the yachting industry.

Barefeet Retreat Crewed Catamaran sleeps ten guests in five queen cabins. So all the cabins have ensuite heads for your privacy AND separate shower stalls, so you don’t have to stand in a wet washroom when you shower! All cabins have individual a/c controls for YOUR comfort. Check out the full-size flybridge with acres of room to spread out!

All Rates I am going to talk about here for Barefeet Retreat Crewed Catamaran are fully crewed and inclusive for seven nights. There are a few small exclusions:
- Crew Gratuity 15- 20% of the Charter fee industry-standard, adjusted to how you feel the service you received was.
- Dockage that you request during the week. The fun of the charter is the anchorages! Out where you have elbow room and can see the stars and jump in the water!
- Upgraded liquor or wine not in the ships standard bar
- Any food and drinks you choose to eat onshore.
- Barefeet Retreat is a NON-smoking yacht for cigarettes. Cigars are fine on the back steps6

So you can arrive at the yacht at four pm. And while onboard, snacks and a welcome drink are served, but it is not an open bar. Dinner is ashore At your expense. Then your Continental breakfast magically appears the next morning. Please add HALF the daily rate for sleep aboard.
