Things to Do From a Luxury Yacht in Spain/Balearics

Spain Itinerary Day 1

Come experience Spain’s shimmering coastlines and bustling cities that make it one of the most traveled locales in the world. From quaint fishing villages like Tarragona to the stylish scene in Barcelona, your luxury yachting getaway is sure to be one for the books.

Start your relaxing adventure in Costa del Sol, a bright region notorious for beautiful beaches and lengthy afternoon siestas. Explore Marbella’s high-end boutiques and glamorous streetside cafes. Don’t leave the city without a long tapas lunch!

Day 2

Settle into the plush accommodations aboard your private yacht for a cruise from Costa del Sol to Alicante. Bask in the peace and quiet on your yacht deck for the day and take the water toys out for a spin. Dive down under the city’s turquoise water for your first glimpse at sea life in Spain.

Head ashore in the late afternoon to explore the historic town, chic boutiques and fabulous bars. Indulge like an Alicanto and begin your night out around 3:30 pm. Sip copas (any mixed cocktail) at Nic, a minimalistic watering hole that packs a punch with its cocktails.

Day 3

Foodies rejoice! Your next stop aboard your private charter is Valencia. Venture ashore to explore the boisterous city streets before settling in for a traditional serving of Paella. Depending on the time of year you visit, keep your eyes on the horizon for sailboats racing in the prestigious America’s Cup.

The historic port city boasts a long list of sights you just have to see to believe. Start your tour in Plaza de la Reina, a great spot for some tapas and people watching. Head to the Valencia Cathedral for a glimpse of The Holy Grail, the cup drank from at the Last Supper.

Day 4

Feel right at home with fellow yachters in the city of Tarragona. Fishermen and travelers alike roam the cobblestone streets day and night.

Nature-lovers will find their paradise in the countless parks and sprawling gardens perfect for a hike.

Day 5 & 6

Prepare to be in awe of the incredible architecture and beautiful people found in Barcelona. Bold style and the evolving food scene is the definition of avant-garde in its truest form. Gaudi’s La Sagrada Familia and Park Guell are can’t-miss pieces of history for your visit.

After a day on your feet walking the entire city, settle into one of the effortlessly chic cafes for an afternoon of sangria and tapas. When exhaustion creeps in, head back to your yacht for espresso and dessert on your yacht deck.

Day 7

Enjoy your last hours in Barcelona before the yachting journey back to your starting point. Contrast the lively atmosphere of the cosmopolitan capital with the relaxing beaches at the home base of Costa del Sol.

This concludes your 7-day yacht charter. Remember that this is only a sample Spain itinerary and can be changed to meet your desires.
